Doug - Thanks for who you are.  I'm realizing your example as the model of a real estate agent is rarely come close to. I'll always remember how you treated me and sold house quickly.

I currently have a property on the market in MA, and after talking a good game my agent has done the exact opposite of who he claimed to be. I keep giving him chances to come thru after expecting him to be like you, and nothing but disappointment. He's just slow-rolling until retirement.

I'm going to drop him and try to find someone else like you, or try selling it myself - can't do any worse than he is

Hi Doug! Just so you the problem when people have had you as their Realtor is that they will be annoyed with all future Realtors (LOL). And I feel like people probably tell you that a lot.
